Rexam has announced the sale of its onebillionth foamer, a Natural T1 pump, to Beauty Avenues for its Bath & Body Works Anti-Bacterial Gentle Foaming Hand Soap.To mark the occasion, Rexam presented a special award to Wes Joseph, director, strategic sourcing, for Beauty Avenues, according to Robert F. Brands,
managing director, Rexam Personal Care Division. To provide perspective on this sales milestone, Rexam estimates that, if laid end-to-end, one billion of the F2 pumps would stretch 126,263 miles, more than halfway to the Moon, and more than five times around the Earth’s circumference.
